Caring for your Dozen cupcakes

We encourage you to enjoy your cupcakes the day you purchase them. Like all cakes, quality diminishes with every passing day.

If you need to save your cupcakes for the next day, wrap the box in plastic wrap (as air-tight as possible) and place them in the fridge. Before enjoying, let them come to room temperature.

Butter is affected by temperature. When cold, buttercream will stiffen up. It is butter, after all. For optimal flavors, let your cupcakes come to room temperature before enjoying, between 68 and 72 degrees is best.

Please note that even when following these instructions, the consistency of the buttercream and ganache can be changed by refrigeration, another reason we recommend same-day consumption.
